Lysette works with Managers, Executives and Boards to improve strategic execution and pathways to implementation for key initiatives. With over 15 years’ experience as an Executive and Consultant, Lysette specialises in implementing change in complex environments with multiple stakeholders in highly regulated industries.

 

Starting her career on the front line in banking and early roles in Customer Service Management, Lysette has developed a deep care and understanding for the customer experience. She has since worked to produce product and service excellence in a variety of organisations, building people, process and system capability and managing the cultural and behavioural shifts needed for sustainable success.

 

Lysette is known by her clients for effecting change with limited resources, finding the most efficient critical path to productivity and change success. She works with her clients to foster different ways of working to gain insights quickly, defining clear roadmaps and transformation pathways to enable improved customer and business outcomes.

 

As a former Change Portfolio Director, Westpac Group, Lysette has more recently assisted her clients within Aged Care to prepare for regulatory and industry change that has been supported by significant customer research with valuable insights into how the elderly feel about the care they receive and importantly, the key points of interaction where service may fail and dignity can be compromised. She has delivered a new model of care supported by policy, process and practice changes, audit and reporting capabilities to monitor service delivery as well as system, data management and digital change.
